This is a mixed ¼ of Simmental X Angus X Hereford cross beef, which are grass fed and grain
finished on at least 100 days of barley and are usually around 20months old.
These are priced at $6/lb on the rail. If you order 2 or more 1/4s there will be a discount.
Our 1/4s should weigh between 96.5-115.5 lbs and cost between $1,053-$1,260.
They usually include at least 40 lbs. of ground beef that are 90/10 lean in 1lb packages.
3 to 6 2-3lb mixed Roasts – chuck, cross rib, arm, rump, sirloin, and tri-tip.
A mixture of 1” thick cut steaks that include, Porterhouse, T-bone, Rib, Round, Chuck,
Sirloin, and cube steaks. Also there possibly will be stew meat, soup bones, flank or skirt
steak, and Filet mignon.
The steaks are singly packaged. And everything is vacuum sealed.
Quarters will vary slightly based on the weight of the animal and how it was cut, but I do my
best to split these beef as evenly as possible.
The beef are processed at the USDA inspected facility Montana Premium Processing Coop
in Havre, MT.
